ROYAL INVESTMENTS CLUB

PREAMBLE

A collective Investment Club Scheme is an avenue whereby individuals that share the same vision and passion for Investments come together and pull resources into a common pot that might not be easily possible for an individual investor.

We are used to having the local variant of this in the form of Esusu, Ajo, Turn-by-Turn etc with its attendant risks and dangers.

 Investment Club hitherto is not very popular in our environment for reasons, such as lack of trust, integrity, knowledge, vision and poverty.  However, now that knowledge is on the increase, it is gradually being encouraged and creating avenues for small servers to enjoy mega benefits. It is a closed family (friendship) collective investment scheme premised on trust, faith and integrity.

PRODUCT FEATURES
In order to cater for a manageable group of investors only one variant of the scheme is available:

1. WaterPot (Equity) collective investment scheme;
2. Minimum monthly investment  -  N5,000.00;   (£20.00)   ($40.00)
3. Maximum monthly investment  -  N20,000.00; (£80.00)   ($160.00)
4. Free entry and Free exit – Investment can be discounted;
5. Tenor-less;
6. Maximum membership 100;
7. Membership is strictly by invitation (Nigerians);   
8. Minimum monthly investment target = N500,000.00; (£2,000.00)   ($4,000.00)
9. Contribution becomes due on 5th of each months in arrears of 5 days into the new month; and
10. Trust, friendship and faith.
